PLEASE NOTE: Rescue dogs require time, effort and patience. We can only give you the information we know based on what we observe while the animal is in our care. We do not guarantee age, breed, background, temperament or behaviour of the dogs we adopt out, but we will always fully inform you of anything we know about the dog you are interested in. Klassic Kennels reserves the right to not adopt out a dog to any person, for any reason. By submitting this form, you declare that your answers are true and complete. Failure to provide accurate information can lead to a denied application or being turned away at the time of the meet and greet. Dog adoptions will happen based on the first approved home that is willing to take the dog, unless a specific circumstance necessitates us holding the dog. In instances such as that, a timeline must be discussed and agreed upon by both the potential adopter, and the kennel staff, in order for us to hold the dog. By filling out this application, you are expressing serious interest in the dog you listed at the top. We will assume that upon approval, barring unforeseen circumstances, you will begin the adoption process. By agreeing to this, you acknowledge that it is as binding as your signature. We additionally reserve the right to require a signature before you take your pet home.
